Retta is a graduate of Cairn University, where she obtained her Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies in December 2018. She then completed her masters at SUNY Albany in May 2020. Retta has served in children and youth ministry, as well as tech teams, in several churches over the years since approximately 2010 when she first placed her faith in Christ. Retta spent her time at Cairn, volunteering with the organization CRU and the Solid Rock Youth Center in PA, where she shared the Gospel, discipled youth, hosted events, and more. Retta also attended missions overseas a few times. Retta returned home to New York following completion of Cairn. She began to attend Living Hope Church in 2019, and in 2022, she became a regular volunteer in the Nursery, Tech Team, and in 2023 with the Youth Group. Retta has a love for being creative, getting to know others, and most importantly has a passion for sharing the Gospel. In her spare time, some of Retta’s interests are dancing, movies, games, or spending time with her family, and cats.
