LHC 301 (Track to Spiritual Maturity)

Discipleship 301 guides you through the essential beliefs every Christian needs to find success in their walk with Christ. This 12-week class is offered on Wednesday nights and as a small group.

The goal of Small Group Training is to move you from an inward focus on personal growth to an outward focus on ministry and purpose. The lessons lead a mature believer into practical leadership skills and teach you how our small group structure works at LHC.

Transformational Leadership Coaching

Each semester, Pastor Paul will take a few people into the journey of transforming their leadership skills. Pastor Paul is a certified leadership coach from TLC in Virginia Beach, VA. So what is leadership coaching? It is what today's Christian leaders are looking for—a coach to cheer them on, challenge them to go deeper and reach higher, and help them stay focused on fulfilling life’s purpose. Coaches love to help others discover who they are and live out that destiny, and are energized by seeing people transformed at a deep level. Raising up leaders, building transparent relationships and seeing the potential in people are all a big part of Christian coaching.
